Description
Coffees Grown in northern Sumatra are known for being heavy hitters, with full deep bodies, mild complexity. Sometimes these coffees are considered overly earthy and this is where our Fajar Jeumpa stands apart. This Sumatran is considerably cleaner than one expects from northern Sumatra. Still loaded with the deep chocolate taste and full creamy body these coffees are known for; this coffee doesn't linger on the palate for long. Along with our East Harrar and our Guatemalan this coffee is a must have in the cabinet!
