This particular Guatemalan Huehuetenango is named for Zaculeu one of the regions prized tourist destinations and one time home to Meso Americans who are known for making and trading pyrite mirrors. It just so happens that this micro-lot in many ways mirrors the classic Huehuetenango, with a creamy full body and distinct chocolate tones but asserts its own personality with a dominating honey sweetness.
