Description
This soothing pleasant infusion has been used widely in India and throughout southeast Asia for centuries. lemongrass is still used widely as a tea and a food ingredient. The taste is reminiscent of southeast asian cuisine if not much milder. This brew increases in intensity as the dwell time increases however it peaks out at mild intensity after about 10 minutes of steeping. Fantastic hot or cold and serves a great base for other beverages due to its herbal lemon tones.
