Peaberry is actually a reference to the make up of the seed of this coffee cherry. While most coffee cherry's divide their genetic heritage between two seeds the peaberry is a singular globe shaped coffee bean said to carry a more dynamic flavor. We've been very happy with the quality of coffees coming out of this area in the south of Tanzania and this gem is no exception.

Cupping Notes: Full but dry body yields pleasant orange blossom aroma over tones of honey and wild berries.
