Coffee grown in the Sierra Madre Mur of Oaxaca, Mexico. This region is known for its coffee and, of course, bananas. The coffee contains the varietal, "Pluma", a sought after varietal named for the mountain on which it was originally grown by German immigrants in the middle 1800's. This coffee is grown by small farms and processed at Tres Oros mill. Double processed from the finest farms in the region ensure and exceptional cup.

Cupping Notes: At Full city roast, this coffee delivers a full round body, moderate acidity is delivered by sparkling lime and fruit notes, the cup is centered around a malted sweetness, reminiscent of toasted grain then lingers with a deep chocolate creamy finish.
